WAY way too much "too big to fail attitude" in the service and parts dept. NEVER have I seen such inefficient scheduling methods, that go along with placing customers on extended holds to check for service and parts dept. NEVER have I seen such inefficient scheduling methods, that go along with placing customers on extended holds to check for and order their OWN parts, which I tried to do 2 times. Then, when you can not reach the "parts" extension and do leave a message, no one calls you back. I am in shock that this is the "system". What in the world are they thinking?!?: All along with irritated tone, interrupting manner, and generally acting as if they are doing me a favor to even be on the phone. On top of it, quoted me 100 dollars more than both the Glenview and HP location for that some tire replacement -I can not even... They are closer to us, but we are not going there for service on this car ever. Horrible vibe! The best is to avoid them. More
