I was in the middle of a deal for a used X5 with a deposit made on Tues. I was only waiting for the mandated by the dealership 3rd party inspection which was scheduled for the following Tuesday, when deposit made on Tues. I was only waiting for the mandated by the dealership 3rd party inspection which was scheduled for the following Tuesday, when I get a call from the sales rep who was about to drop off the X5 stating that someone sold the car over the weekend. How is it possible that a sales manager allow a vehicle that already has a deposit on it with a deal in the works be sold to someone else after a deposit for the said car was already made. Would not recommend this dealership. More

I found a great little BMW X3 that was older, but in amazing condition at Kuni BMW. From the second I stepped onto the lot, Izzy greeted me and treated me with respect and kindness. He went above and beyond with making sure the car was ready to leave the lot when we came back the next day to pick it up. This dealership is transparent, friendly, and welcoming. Do yourself a favor, just go there. As a young female who bought her car alone, I didn't feel taken advantage of. Izzy took me on a LONG test drive, was honest about the things I asked (I was buying an older BMW), and worked on getting me a deal I felt really comfortable about. mostly good with a few exceptions Nice people to deal with but I was surprised to see the car make it through CPO inspection with Blind Spot detection only working 5% of the time and a Nice people to deal with but I was surprised to see the car make it through CPO inspection with Blind Spot detection only working 5% of the time and ambient lighting being intermittent at best. The biggest disappointment was the use of Silicone protectant on the plastic parts in the interior and trunk. Apparently Kuni is so busy that they subbed out the detailing to people with lower standards re silicone dressings on the interior. I'm allergic to the stuff and it makes my fingers swell up and ache. Nearly impossible to remove; may have to have the affected plastic parts replaced entirely. More
