Being a first time buyer I had so many fears walking into BMW dealership. I was skeptical about the financial aspect, APR rates, & overall what vehicle I would be eligible for. Mr. Ron was my salesman that d BMW dealership. I was skeptical about the financial aspect, APR rates, & overall what vehicle I would be eligible for. Mr. Ron was my salesman that day. I explained my concerns before hand. He accommodated me with top tier customer service and was incredibly patient & professional when assisting me with the process. I didn’t feel like just another sale, I felt his genuine interest to execute my desire. I knew I was in good hands by all the effort Mr Ron exuded to not only get me a car , but the car for me. Not the mention I was satisfied of my budget request that he met. I was beyond impressed & excited of my purchase, but because of Ron Askew my experience was unforgettable. Great experience in buying a used electric BMW i4. I traveled from TX to get the car I wanted and I was treated really well by my Sales Advisor Dawit Hagos. He ensured that I had every question answer I traveled from TX to get the car I wanted and I was treated really well by my Sales Advisor Dawit Hagos. He ensured that I had every question answered and even more when I reached the dealership. They detailed the car for me and offered some excellent incentives in spite of it being a used car. I took off 1 star - solely because of the Finance Manager there. Not ready to answer straight questions, absolutely no show of emotion or gratitude on his face for me being a customer. Guess he wasn’t too happy about me not financing the car through them or not buying all the extra packages that were being sold to me. Sign here, sign there and he was done. I even had to ask for a receipt for my 30% downpayment!! The remaining 4 stars are all for my advisor, Dawit. He was the rockstar of my buying experience. More
