Although we have purchased many cars, and many high-end cars in our life, the process always seems to be painful and time-consuming. This car was an impulse purchase and we just happened to be in Palm Beach for a lunch with my sister who was in town from San Diego for a few days so we didn’t have a lot of time. The entire process probably took less than 30 minutes, my husband test drove the car, asked a few questions and we went out to lunch and returned back to Vero Beach to our puppies at home that we needed to take care of. Ishmail made the process easy by delivering the car to us at our house shortly after we got home and allowing us to sign the paperwork there. We were very grateful because we had a previous experience with this dealership several years back with the purchase of a different Rolls-Royce that was not as pleasant. It’s very clear this dealership is under new management and is definitely at the top of their game. I would highly recommend Ishmael because he is knowledgeable, pleasant, and very accommodating. We have also changed our opinion of this dealership and feel like they are very eager to support their customers with excellence in care and support. I am certain we will be buying another car from them in the next two years. More

Been a customer of Braman for years and traded in my 2013 GTC. In part due to spectacular service and appreciation of the brand, purchased a lightly used replacement.
