Misleading Special Financing Services Cost Me $2,000 Out of Pocket I am posting this review to urge extreme caution to anyone considering Ford Country for their advertised bankruptcy assistance or specia of Pocket I am posting this review to urge extreme caution to anyone considering Ford Country for their advertised bankruptcy assistance or special financing services. I initially worked with a sales representative who assured me they specialized in bankruptcy transactions. They instructed me to obtain a court order from my bankruptcy trustee authorizing new debt, which I willingly did at an out-of-pocket legal cost of $2,000. During the weeks leading up to my court hearing, I repeatedly asked the sales representative for an updated sales sheet to present accurate figures to the court, but they completely failed to provide it. After successfully securing the order, I discovered that the vehicle originally quoted to me had been sold. To compound the issue, none of their remaining inventory fell within the budget approved by the court. Even after I offered to request a higher debt ceiling from the trustee to accommodate their available vehicles, the dealership simply told me the offer was expired and there was nothing they could do. Their severe lack of follow-through and failure to update simple paperwork directly caused me a non-refundable $2,000 loss. If you are dealing with specialized financing here, get every promise in writing immediately and be aware that their internal delays can be very costly More

Overall, I had a good experience with Ford Country and am very happy with my Highlander. Isaiah was wonderful to work with throughout the process. Since I was purchasing from out of state, he spent a lot of time sending photos and videos and answering my many questions. Julia, the sales manager, was also extremely responsive when I called on Saturday while Isaiah was out and made sure I got the answers I needed. When Isaiah was unexpectedly out sick on Monday, he arranged for Frank to take over. Frank did a FaceTime walkaround with me before I left Utah and then spent the evening helping us get everything together to complete the purchase and financing. I really appreciated how well the sales team worked together to make an out-of-state purchase easier. I initially had some frustration with the financing because the rate on the final paperwork was higher than the rate I had already been approved for. I was told that my credit union should be able to adjust it afterward, but when I called the next day, I was initially told they couldn’t. However, Ford Country’s Finance Director, Eric, followed up with me, contacted my credit union, and was able to get the rate adjusted to my originally approved rate. I really appreciate that they followed through and resolved the issue. I also wish the vehicle had been more thoroughly cleaned before delivery. There were several areas that hadn’t been cleaned well, including some that improved considerably with just a quick wipe with a microfiber cloth. I’m very happy with my purchase and appreciate all the help I received. More
