Chris Spencer in service was fantastic. He got my Challenger in for some simple basic work and they let me know about an issue with some dry rot on my tires that I hadn’t seen. This is the first time feel good about my visit with LHM last few times I hated it with passion I have only gotten my car for two weeks it took them 10 months to fix it and whole time they were giving me th last few times I hated it with passion I have only gotten my car for two weeks it took them 10 months to fix it and whole time they were giving me the runarounds it was frustrating I had to call Chrysler myself and order the part that they told me that's on backorder so yeah really bad first time experience More

Service is OK, but they took one of my oil changes that I prepaid for and said it expired. Took my truck in for service. Tech damaged parts on install and did not want to replace. I paid $4900 and when I got the truck it had the same problem as when I took it in.
