Steve Thank you for your reply. I brought my 2014 Ram 3500 Cummins into LHM Sandy service department on October 28, 2024 for a check engine light which put the vehicle into limp mode. LHM Service recommended they replace the Wastegate Valve, perform an EGR Service and replace the Intercooler Tube, which I agreed too. I paid $4,814 for these services and picked the vehicle on Oct 29, 2024 and drove home. The next day, Oct 30, 2024, I brought the vehicle back to LHM with the same problem. I was told the replaced Wastegate valve was faulty and a new one was on order. I was then told the new valve did not resolve the problem and LHM was in contact with RAM Engineering on November 5, 2024. It is now November 11, 2024 (14 days) and I have had no updates on my vehicles status since the 7th when I had to call the Asst. service mgr. to get an update. The Asst. Mgr. has not provided any update since the 7th and when he told me LHM was "going above by contacting Ram Engineering". You offered a call in your response above, so I have left you two voice mails requesting a return call. You have yet to return my call, so I am replying here. You also offered to make things right. To make things right, I either want a date when my truck will be fixed and ready to pick up, or for LHM to return my truck and reimburse my $4,814. I prefer not to escalate, so would appreciate a reply. All the best Bill
