I own a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe with only 2,000 miles. Since July 2025, the vehicle has had brake pedal vibration and flat spots on the tires. I have taken the vehicle to Greenway Hyundai more than 10 Since July 2025, the vehicle has had brake pedal vibration and flat spots on the tires. I have taken the vehicle to Greenway Hyundai more than 10 times over the past 7+ months, with no resolution. Each visit results in a different explanation and no real accountability. It is unacceptable that a new vehicle, fully covered under warranty, has these issues and that the customer is left without a solution for months. This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on Hyundai’s after-sales support. I would not recommend Hyundai to anyone expecting real support after the purchase. More

My service advisor was Logan. He did an excellent job from the moment I arrived until my service was complete. I would rate him 10 out of 10 in every category.
