Horrible experience with Honda of Kirkland. Complete waste of time and a trip to this dealership. Neither Carlos nor Issac were any bit serious to sell the vehicle. Scheduled a test drive for a vehicle I was very interested in via their website, salesperson reached out right away to confirm, was super friendly and responsive. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't test drive without agreeing on numbers first. On a 3-year old USED car, where I found at least one deficiency from just looking at the photos. I'd have no problem if they told me upfront when I made the appointment, but waiting until I come in to tell me is extremely disrespectful and a waste of everyone's time. I've purchased about a dozen vehicles in the last 10 years and have not had this experience before. Luckily despite the crazy vehicle market there were still a few others selling this car in the area, and they were all much more straightforward to work with. More

Best Pandemic Purchase Ever - we bought a new CRV, sight unseen, with the extraordinary help of Isaac V. We were not comfortable visiting the showroom, so all selection, negotiation, qualification, etc. was unseen, with the extraordinary help of Isaac V. Over a period of 2 weeks+, we communicated via phone, email, & text to choose our new car, trade-in our used car, working within a conservative & fixed budget. The 2021 awesome 0% finance didn't work for us as we tried to keep our monthly payments close to the current one. Using creativity & dedication, Isaac was able secure a new 2020 car, higher-end than we thought financially possible, take advantage of the 0% interest & make a wish become a reality! Isaac worked tirelessly with his team to provide us with a delightful new CR-V. We are forever grateful to him for his amazing attention to detail, perseverance, caring attitude, continual feedback, keeping us constantly up-to-date with everything. We never had to wait for a reply or answer to a question. He treated us with super prompt communication, making the whole experience better than we could have imaged.
