We went to see what Bellingham Nissan could do about trading in a car. We were upside-down on the value. Bellingham Nissan put us into a much nicer car. Issac was easy to talk to. trading in a car. Forrest was a very nice intro to your dealership. Went downhill from there. I brought $42,000 in cash and told Isaac that was all I had. I asked if he was willing to lower the price? No. Then there w Went downhill from there. I brought $42,000 in cash and told Isaac that was all I had. I asked if he was willing to lower the price? No. Then there was the Theft Protection Program Selling Price $699.00. I told Isaac I wasn’t interested in it. Too bad for me! Now the total price is $42,262.32. Again I told Isaac I have $42m cash sitting here so could he at least take off $262.32?? Once again, no! That’s rediculous!! Then he says people pay cash for cars all the time so my pile of cash was no big deal. Show some respect Isaac! It’s a very big deal to me. So onto my credit card goes the $262.32! That is just cheap and cheesy on your part. Want to make this cash customer happy. Credit back the $262.32 to my card. More

When I arrived in town and met with Isacc, he was very courteous and very friendly. We found the right car for my mother who needed something to get around town here. I would highly suggest Isacc and this dealer to anyone and the service has been very promotable Coming from out of town they did a very good job and they should be commended for it. More

Buying went fairly smoothly but took way too long in our opinion. We arrived knowing exactly what car we wanted to buy. The first salesman brought the car from the storage lot and promptly passed us off to another to crunch numbers. We were initially given some confusing information about down payments and financing. However, once that was cleared up, the paperwork went very well thanks to Tony Vu. When we went back to get the car, they somehow misplaced one of the fobs and we still haven't received word whether it was found. More

The staff we worked with were great. The dealership is deceptive with the add ons, we were told we had to pay$800 for a service agreement to keep the warranty for the new car valid, then The dealership is deceptive with the add ons, we were told we had to pay$800 for a service agreement to keep the warranty for the new car valid, then were lead to believe that the flashing third brake light was an included safety feature but then when the paperwork was completed it was an extra $300. They also ad $1500 for interior/exterior protection that we did not want but were told we had to as part of the deal. Should have walked away but did not. Will be eating the $800 service agreement as I don’t trust them to work on my car after this experience and will not be back More
