Well the Dealership needs a physical redo, but the staff was very friendly and I was able to get in for an oil change at the last minute. An Example would be I was told I need my rear brakes done soon and my own mechanic said there was plenty left on my brakes. More

I have had to bring my car in several times for the same problem within a month and a half and it's still not fixed. If I let my car sit for one day I have to have it jump started each time. I had to pay ov problem within a month and a half and it's still not fixed. If I let my car sit for one day I have to have it jump started each time. I had to pay over $300.00 for a new battery at the dealer and that hasn't solved the problem. This is a huge inconvenience. Now I will have to schedule another appointment. I am sorry to say but at this time I would not recommend this dealer to my friends or family. More

A subsequent phone call revealed that you always perform this inspection for free and that it was nothing to worry about at this point since it was on the rear wheel. If you’re going to perform this “service” you should explain it to the customer. More
