The last 2 times I came here for an oil change it's been very poor service. This time I had a 9:00am appointment and I arrived at 8:40am. I waited until 10:30am then went and asked the service department very poor service. This time I had a 9:00am appointment and I arrived at 8:40am. The attendant said he was sorry, and it would be another 5 minutes. So almost 2 hours for an oil change is completely unsatisfactory. Absolutely no communication from the service department. Absolutely mind blown at how fraudulent Patriot Chevrolet in Sturgeon Bay is! Made a verbal commitment they took my friends ford f150 on trade stated it was Saturday they would get the paper work over to her in Sturgeon Bay is! Made a verbal commitment they took my friends ford f150 on trade stated it was Saturday they would get the paper work over to her asap. Let her leave with car, get insured. Fast forward 10 days later. The fired her salesman or he’s in jail I can’t figure it out. Now they are demanding her vehicle back, wanting to DOUBLE the monthly payment, with $2500 out of pocket. Then they have the nerve to demand it by done by 2pm! I’ve heard of some scams but these people are disgusting. Beware beware. Won’t even help to remediate the situation. Did this to a single mom. Totally taking advantage of a woman. This is why dealerships are slimey and get a bad wrap!!!! Grosssss!!!! More

Second, they charged my wife 2.5x as much as we can get this work done elsewhere; then, they gave my wife $1,500.00, suggested “safety check” estimate - the vehicle is an immaculate Escalade with 30k of miles. Lastly, they want an extra 3% for a credit card. We have purchased at least 4 high end vehicles from this dealership over the years. The dealership has changed hands. They are telling us to go elsewhere. More
