I had been looking for a new 2022 RX and spotted one on the Brookfield Lexus website. This is my first experience with Isaac and Brookfield Lexus. I had previously purchased 8 other Lexus RX's from the M the Brookfield Lexus website. This is my first experience with Isaac and Brookfield Lexus. I had previously purchased 8 other Lexus RX's from the Madison and Rockford dealerships. Brookfield and Isaac provided the best and most efficient purchase process. Yesterday we worked out the trade over the phone within an hour and I took delivery today of my new RX during a relaxed and pleasant visit to the dealership. The paperwork took only a few minutes. Five stars aren't enough. Isaac and Brookfield Lexus are the best. More

I am very grateful that Isaac stayed well beyond closing time as well as all the other staff involved in my purchasing process. Isaac and the rest of the team stayed two hours beyond closing time to fully detail my vehicle and to complete all the necessary steps to complete the sale. Because of this, I was able to drive my beautiful new ride home last night which I greatly appreciated seeing that I live an hour and a half away from the dealership. On top of all the team members who stayed well beyond their scheduled shift, Isaac even went above and beyond by giving me a beautiful bouquet of roses to give to my wife to ensure that I wouldn't get into to much trouble for showing up at home with a brand new vehicle lol!!
