Bought my subaru in 2013 here. But for the past 2.5 years, the service is at its worst. Every service i was shown a list of changes, totaling over $2500. The fun is, they keep sho But for the past 2.5 years, the service is at its worst. Every service i was shown a list of changes, totaling over $2500. The fun is, they keep showing the same thing as failed in test and recommend for a change when i actually have performed the change the last time. Once i brought in the vehicle for an oil change. They gave a big list. I approved few of those showing as failed. They did all that and forgot to perform oil change. I drive less and i go by the month for oilchange. This time the advisor forgot to add the oil change and all other work was done. i was going through the list of service and when i contacted, she said the vehicle has 2000 more miles to run to do oil change, when it was past the due date for oil change by a month and a week. Last to last service, they broke a part and put the panel back. I noticed that the replaced part was not aligning and reported. Now they said, they broke, ordered a new part and replaced it for free. Another time, they said, they changed the brake oil and charged. But they have forgotten to do it. when i found out, they replaced it the next time. Another time, there was a rattling noise after an oilchange. I was driving for over 2 days and when I opened the engine lid, i saw a cutting plier between two tubes. I returned it to east side subaru later. I will never go back to Eastside subaru service. More
