Traveled over 200 miles to buy from Wallingford Toyota! After getting fed up with settling for whatever was on the lot at my local dealerships and then having them try sneak in all kinds of add on fee's... After getting fed up with settling for whatever was on the lot at my local dealerships and then having them try sneak in all kinds of add on fee's... I turned to the internet and found exactly what I was looking for at Wallingford Toyota! My initial phone contact was with Heather who was very friendly and informed me that the car was available and that Salesperson Robert Blakeslee would be contacting me and will work with me going forward. Working with Robert was an absolute pleasure. The best auto salesperson I ever dealt with! He was honest, friendly and thorough. I also felt as if he was advocating for me when we dealt with Rocco and Sohail, the dealerships management team. Both Rocco and Sohail were also very straight forward, friendly and never made me feel pressured. The finance manager , Dan Roberts was also a great experience... very organized, efficient and friendly as well. After driving 100 miles to and from from Long Island, NY to Wallingford Conn and back twice, I got a beautiful car, at an awesome price from from a more than fair and honest sales team. Above and Beyond! Great communication and honest! Wallingford was the THIRD dealership I dealt with in trying to find a hard to find 2018 Prius Prime. The first dealership told me they had a car for Wallingford was the THIRD dealership I dealt with in trying to find a hard to find 2018 Prius Prime. The first dealership told me they had a car for me, took my deposit, had me wire the money, then told me that the car was sold ...and that they had another coming for me..then told me that one was damaged... (i.e. they did not have a car even though I had paid them.) The 2nd dealership told me they had a car for me, including the Internet manager,...then just never returned a call for a week. I literally had PTSD from all the BS...then I spoke with Eric at Wallingford. SMOOTH! No issues, they got me the paperwork (overnight Fed Ex as I am in Oregon) arranged for pickup from my shipping company and I got the car today and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! I was probably a PAIN as I was so freaked out by the other dealerships but Eric and the team at Wallingford got everything handled. VERY happy! Best experience I have ever had! More
