I have been leasing cars from toyota for the last 15 years and have always had a great experience. They try to up sell things I didn't need than on their tech report everything came out good along with putting way to much air in my tires. oil change and 20,00 check up Inez was very helpful. I was taken right away (7:30am) and when she told me I had to have 2 new tires she suggested that I wait until October (only a Inez was very helpful.
