I have complained about my rear sliding doors on both sides not closing and locking on various occasions and was told it was a variety of issues and sometimes I was told they could not figure it out and must have been something blocking the door, which believe me I had checked. These issues would leave me stranded miles from home with 2 toddlers in the car and no way to shut the door except to tie it with a bungee chord through open windows even during the dead of winter. I still trusted your service department, The last time I brought it in, the passenger side door flew open while I was driving with my children in the car. You had the car for 8 hours and I was told it was due to a dent in my door that was over a year old and they would not even look at it. This company let me drive off their lot with my rear passenger door tied shut with a ROPE and told me there was nothing they could do. My husband looked at it the next morning and the latching mechanism was broken and got the door to close in 15 minutes. I will be selling this car and never returning again. They did not care about my safety or the safety of my family. I now know there is a class action against Toyota for these very same problems, yet I was told they did not now what I was talking about or it must have been my fault. AND they let me drive off their property with a door next to a car seat tied shut. If you have children DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, their safety will NOT BE THEIR PRIORITY. More
