Adam made our deal easy and quick. There were absolutely no pressure techniques and we felt we were welcome to ask any questions we had. He addressed a couple of items regarding the ve There were absolutely no pressure techniques and we felt we were welcome to ask any questions we had. He addressed a couple of items regarding the vehicle quickly and the deal was struck within 30 minutes. His follow through was excellent throughout, as was that of the service department (Ilana) who addressed and corrected the problems we identified. I would absolutely deal with Adam and Carver again. The best dealership I have worked with on a car purchase! More

Called 10/15 for service. Have 2 Alerts and would get an oil change. One Alert was Powertrain and the other was Stabalization. I told Chris both of these at time of call. Chri Have 2 Alerts and would get an oil change. One Alert was Powertrain and the other was Stabalization. I told Chris both of these at time of call. Chris scheduled me for 10/22. I arrive and was told I had to leave vehicle there. Chris did not tell me this and I was not prepared for this.. Then I ask if the alerts are intermittent or permanent. I told her I did not know. I ask if they could plug in something and read the alerts. She told me it does not work that way. Totally useless trip and they could of cared less. I would not recommend this place if you are an elderly lady More

I’ve been going to carver for 11 years for my service of several vehicles. It’s been nightmare after nightmare the whole time, down right horrible.
