This is a dealership that makes you feel like a person. Maybe even like family. Definitely not just a "number" with this dealership. But a word of caution: Buy during the week. So far I have bought 2 vehicles from Carver, and both times they were up front and honest with me about any issues the vehicle I was purchasing may have and were quick to fix any issues I had found! Consistently after service my hood is never closed and latched even after talking with customer service about the danger of this and now my hood latch release is broken and no one even mentioned it to me latched even after talking with customer service about the danger of this and now my hood latch release is broken and no one even mentioned it to me and we don’t do any service to this vehicle. Adam made our deal easy and quick. There were absolutely no pressure techniques and we felt we were welcome to ask any questions we had. Called 10/15 for service. Have 2 Alerts and would get an oil change. One Alert was Powertrain and the other was Stabalization. I told Chris both of these at time of call. I arrive and was told I had to leave vehicle there. Chris did not tell me this and I was not prepared for this.. Then I ask if the alerts are intermittent or permanent. I told her I did not know. I ask if they could plug in something and read the alerts. She told me it does not work that way. Totally useless trip and they could of cared less. I’ve been going to carver for 11 years for my service of several vehicles. It’s been nightmare after nightmare the whole time, down right horrible.
