Two individuals in particular continue to draw us back to Schaumburg Toyota - Chris Haley & Jerry McDuffie. Their attitude and friendliness is above and beyond. It's not always about buying a car. They want to know about your family, your health. They take the time to learn about your situation. Even when I have a vehicle in for service and they see me in the waiting area they take sometime to come over to talk. Besides these 2 individuals we have had nothing but positive contact with service managers as well. They do a great job at spelling out what your vehicle needs for service. Angelo & Gloria More

My salesperson was Gabriel Cacho, who was extremely polite, easy going, efficient and great to work with. We were able to negotiate an acceptable deal and drive home in the vehicle we came to look at polite, easy going, efficient and great to work with. Gabriel’s sales manager, Igor, was equally pleasant and nice to work with. The finance manager was also very cool, in and out, exactly what I wanted. Maybe it’s my age or the fact I’ve been through the process a few times, Schaumburg Toyota made my car buying experience good enough to say I would buy here again. More
