He was very polite, knowledgeable, courteous, understanding and patient. He worked on getting the price down. Wasn't sure if we truly got a good price since didn't do research. Afterwards, checked around. Turns out we did get a fair price. No regrets. Car runs smoothly. Great on gas. Overall very happy with purchase. Iggi has gone above and beyond in customer service. Even after the sale, he returned phone calls, answered questions, and checked on us if all was good. Happy with his respectful nature and friendly smile /personality. We always had liked Hyundai as a brand as my first car in India was Hyundai as well. We had visited 6 different dealers before visiting Paramus Hyundai and nowhere did we feel comfortable - being first time car buyers in US always had so many questions. Both the sales guys Ray and Iggi were really great in explaining the details, answered our queries and helped us closed the deal for Hyundai Sonata 2014 model. Ray went out of his way to come in on his day off to help us get all the paper work completed as we had a particular day in mind considered to be auspicious as per Indian calendar to do any new purchase. Iggi and Ray both followed up with us to understand if we needed any other assistance - we felt more welcome at Paramus Hyundai, no artificial salesmanship!!. About a couple of weeks ago, I came in and and met with Iggy... Right off the bat he was very courteous asked if I needed anything. We had a test drive on a car I was already interested in and Iggy worked Iggy... Right off the bat he was very courteous asked if I needed anything. We had a test drive on a car I was already interested in and Iggy worked to try and get me the best deal he can get me. Unfortunately with my credit I was unable to get the first loan... But that didn't stop Iggy he spent the last two weeks trying to get me the best deal he can get me working with the banks with his financial partner and this time he called me as said I have good news. He never gave up cause he knew that I needed this car badly for work, daughter, and my own sanity lol. I felt like family not just another customer they were trying to sell... Iggy was there until the end when they were done cleaning my new used 2010 sonata. I am very blessed to have met him and glad that he was able to finally get this done for me. I would so recommend Iggy to everyone I know. I couldn't be happier!!!! More

All of the people I worked with at Paramus Hyundai were completely professional, friendly, and considerate. When I first visited with Iggy I had my 3 year old daughter with me and he made every effort to m completely professional, friendly, and considerate. When I first visited with Iggy I had my 3 year old daughter with me and he made every effort to make both of us comfortable. Many employees at the dealer made a special effort to say hello to her which I think says alot about the kind of people they are. When I returned to actually make a deal on a Tuscon the process went as smooth as possible.Iggy even remembered my daughter's name. The whole car buying process is just too long but I don't know if any dealer can make it shorter. Iggy continued to ask if I needed anything while I was there. When I didn't like the first offers, both Iggy and Vinny kept trying to get to a car and a price I could afford. They were honest and helpful with any questions I had. The meeting with the finance man also was smooth and quick. I liked that Gap insurance was included in the price. No hidden extras! Then both Iggy and Vinnie stayed late after the dealership was closed to help me clean out the car, get the Bluetooth set up, and gas in the car. Iggy even took a picture of me in my new car. Even the guys in the service department were willing to stay late to help get my car seat out which was a struggle. Overall I had a great experience at Paramus Hyundai and would highly recommend them to anyone. Ask for Iggy and Vinny! More
