I told him about what I was looking for in a mid-sized sedan and he gave his prediction. After some discussion, we came to a conclusion and he looked up a lot of the cars to find us the one car. And when I saw the car, it was exactly what I needed. He took his time to make sure we understood all features the car had to offer. The negotiating and buying process was quick and smooth. I can not thank Iggi enough for the great customer service and for following up with us about our experience even after we had bought the car. He was pleasant from the beginning, we instantly took the 2011 Sonata for a test-drive - we talked numbers (with Phil)...and before I knew it... I was driving away in my "new to me" car.
