Proud father of 2 beautiful children. Both my kids graduated out of Cornell University with a Master's degree, and I take a lot of pride in them. I love every moment of my life. I also love to read, cook and travel! I also am an avid supporter of Several Sources Shelters, St Jude Children Hospital, and other charities. I can’t say enough about Iggi from Paramus Hyundai. He went above and beyond to help me secure the car I had been searching for over many weeks. He was highly professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. I had basically given up on my search to find the card that I loved so much - but he made it happen. He organized everything over the phone and told me exactly what was needed, so that when I showed up at the dealership the following day, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. It’s been a while since we’ve experienced a great sales person. Nowadays, people don’t even greet you. We have been to many dealerships where we couldn’t even get anyone to glance at us. We understand that the Internet commands attention and everyone makes their decision based on that but the Internet does not have a personality. Its always nice to run into someone who is excited about the product that you’re buying as you are. It was our pleasure to meet Iggi this weekend and then one of the fastest purchases I’ve ever made. He did an amazing job, we could tell it was going to be a different experience when we walked in and the general manager smiled from ear to ear like he was happy to see us. We searched for our car (a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Plug-in) for several months, all over the country. We had just about given up hope when we contacted Iggi. He had the car coming in, and was willing to take for several months, all over the country. We had just about given up hope when we contacted Iggi. He had the car coming in, and was willing to take a deposit to hold if for us. He was great throughout the process, keeping us informed about delays (there were a couple) and making sure the process went smoothly. When we finally came in to pick up the car, he was as excited as we were. He even had a big ribbon on the car! He followed up with us several times to make sure we made it home ok (we had to drive about 600 miles, just in front of a major snowstorm). We are very happy with the car and with the service Iggi and his team provided. More
