This has been the best buying experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle in our life. Made the deal over the phone, which was a great deal, drove 5 hours to pick it up and all the numbers that we ag in purchasing a vehicle in our life. Made the deal over the phone, which was a great deal, drove 5 hours to pick it up and all the numbers that we agreed on were the same when we got there. Truck was clean, full of fuel and ready for the 5 hour drive home! They even went above and beyond to repair a small scratch in the body department, that we never asked to be fixed. Thank you for the awesome buying experience ever! More

Intially, the customer service was great, professional, and we had no complaints. Very nice people, finance guy, Michael was awesome, Zach was super friendly, and we were welcomed with "open arms", so to s and we had no complaints. We did have to come back 3 days later to pick the car up that we purchased after it had been serviced/detailed and that was when things went a little downhill. When we came back to pick up the car, there were issues with the technology not syncing. We were told to come back on a different day to troubleshoot the issue with the service dept. When we got there, we were informed that no one there that day was knowledgable about the issue and I had to reschedule again. Frustrated, we rescheduled and came back a third time. After waiting about 4 hours with no progress made, I took matters into my own hands and simply reached out to Ford through the app in a live chat just to find out that after all of this, my car never had the technology/features to begin with. Our sole decision to buy the car was based on the technology features we were told it had so this was upsetting. Even more so upsetting was the fact that I had been there 3 times and collectively wasted 6 hours of my time when the problem could have been solved in about 5 minutes. The only thing the sales manager offered was to find me a car with the technology that I was originally promised but when I explained that I could not afford a more expensive car, I was politely told there was nothing they could do to help me and to "have a nice day". The sales guy apologized for the misinformation and I hold no hard feelings but I honestly would not have bought this car if I would've known what I do now. All of this could have been handled in a different manner. I genuinely think the people care and want to help but being more knowledgeable about what is being sold could definitely improve along with timeliness in the service dept. I'm willing to give them a second chance but definitely didn't have a great first experience. More

Max Service Department exceeded my expectations during my first visit for warranty repairs on my pickup. Everyone had a "can do" attitude. They were professional, friendly, and prompt.
