Ian saw me unsure of how to use the charger and came outside in the cold and not only helped me out but stayed outside for quite a while answering questions I had about EVs and offering tips / insight on numerous aspects of EVs, charging, etc. Very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help out even for someone who was not an Andrew customer. I contacted your dealership for a test drive on Friday Jan 10th. The appt was for 3:30pm on Saturday the 11th.. When I arrived the sales rep I was supposed to meet with, met with the person who greeted me Jan 10th. The appt was for 3:30pm on Saturday the 11th.. When I arrived the sales rep I was supposed to meet with, met with the person who greeted me once I arrived. Only to tell him the vehicle I was there to test drive had been sold. The initial employee couldn’t have the decency to tell me herself. I drove 50 minutes for this appointment. I will not and cannot recommend your dealership to the many friends, family, co-workers etc I have. I will make it my mission to do so. I will also be leaving a review online for everyone to see so they may not have to experience the poor quality of service I received. More
