I’ve been debating over writing a review, but I decided to go ahead. I purchased a car from Jenkins in Feb.. I won’t give all the details but I was pressured, not given information until after the purchase to go ahead. I purchased a car from Jenkins in Feb.. I won’t give all the details but I was pressured, not given information until after the purchase was made and lied to in the end by the sales person. The sales manager was also no help. I blame myself to some extent for letting them pressure me (that’s the reason I gave them a 2 star rating and not just 1) I have been a loyal customer for many years and have purchased at least 4 cars there from a former sales person, but I will not buy another car at that dealership. Whenever I go to the dealership, I am always met by friendly, helpful people. I am also treated so well, asked if I would like snacks and or drinks. The dealership is under construction and neverthel friendly, helpful people. I am also treated so well, asked if I would like snacks and or drinks. The dealership is under construction and nevertheless it operates smoothly. I actually enjoy my time there whether I am purchasing a vehicle or getting service on my vehicle. More

Buyer Beware! Purchased a vehicle over a month ago and waited over 30 days for plates and registration, (to date I still have no title). Emails and phone cal Purchased a vehicle over a month ago and waited over 30 days for plates and registration, (to date I still have no title). Emails and phone calls were made daily to multiple people at the dealership. When I did get through to the dealership I was lied to and given false information on multiple occasions. They are the WORSE. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. More

My mother and I purchased a car from Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg /Jenkins Auto Group. It was a pre-owned car. I was told it was accident free. When I saw the Carfax, after the paperwork was signed, I saw t Leesburg /Jenkins Auto Group. It was a pre-owned car. I was told it was accident free. When I saw the Carfax, after the paperwork was signed, I saw that an accident was reported on Carfax. I became concerned that the dealership lied about the vehicle being accident free. I did more research and I found out that this vehicle with this VIN was TOTALED, SALVAGED, AUCTIONED as a SALVAGE VEHICLE, and was then slapped back together and re-sold to us as a clean, clear, and safely drivable vehicle. We bought the car on September 30, 2022 and I have been in contact with the dealership trying to get this resolved. They have refused to do anything except say they would “allow us” to turn around and trade the vehicle in on another vehicle of theirs. I have contacted and filed complaints with the FTC, the State Attorney General of Florida, the Better Business Bureau, the Department of Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, ADA.gov, and the U.S. Department of Justice. This vehicle is not safe to drive, and I believe I need to alert other consumers to this probable ongoing dealership fraud. I have multiple VIN reports, and other documentation, including pictures that prove that this is the same vehicle and it was a SALVAGE vehicle. I believe we were specifically targeted and sold this death trap of a vehicle because we my mother is a senior citizen and HoH, and I am obviously physically disabled. Neither of us are able to inspect a car the way a typical consumer would be able to inspect a vehicle. Also, they bounced this vehicle around their local dealership lots up to 22 times in the last six months, proven by one of the VIN reports I have uncovered. They say there are no salvage title or brand title issues but our title is still “pending dealer transaction” on the state website. This is an unsafe vehicle for my family to drive and ride around in. I'm terrified for my family every time we have to go somewhere in this salvage vehicle that appears to still have a possibly twisted and messed up frame. We only asked for what was fair and right. We would like to return the salvage vehicle, have our loan contract canceled, and our down payment returned. My mother is a senior citizen and HoH, and I am physically disabled, which I believe may also incorporate some sort of enhancement of possible charges for discrimination and/or violating the ADA. Thank you for your time reading this and BEWARE OF JENKINS HYUNDAI OF LEESBURG AND JENKINS AUTO GROUP. Best regards, Morgan Crutcher P.S. Employees involved: Tyran Watkins, Keith Walker, Tricia DeRocker, and Gary Catalanotto have all been involved in this fraudulent transaction and provided no help whatsoever. I was never able to get a response from the General Manager, Ian Sowards. Proof: Multiple VIN reports, Auction Sales Reports, Photographs, Sales ad., etc. More
