Ian Rojas is the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with! I saw a vehicle that they had just got in on trade with no pictures on the website. Called and spoke with Ian and within 10 minutes I had pictures an I saw a vehicle that they had just got in on trade with no pictures on the website. Called and spoke with Ian and within 10 minutes I had pictures and a full honest rundown of what he visually thought of the car. I live 4 hours away and he went out of his way to make the whole process as if I had a friend there inspecting the vehicle for me! Straight up honest and no bull. We worked a deal over the phone, pending me putting eyes on the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was fully serviced, detailed and had a full tank of gas ready for me. I was in and out within an hour and that included a 20+ minute test drive! I had been looking at another vehicle that was basically the same and Ian’s willingness to go above and beyond made my decision to go with him easy. Highly recommend Ian and everyone I worked with at Toyota of Des Moines!! More
