My father has always held the brand in the highest regard being an ex-race car and motorcycle driver and working on the sales side of the business for for the last 28+ years. Part of my Senior year of high school was spent living in Germany where I was able to go see the Welt (have been back twice since) and experience BMW on the road in its native environment. Great experience with no pressure. Ian Martin was very professional and had a no pressure approach. He was responsive to what we wanted instead of what he wanted to sell us. Dealership Ian Martin was very professional and had a no pressure approach. He was responsive to what we wanted instead of what he wanted to sell us. Dealership is going thru an extensive renovation which subtracted from the overall experience, however, the overall experience was still very good. When we were picking up my wife's new 440i, they had my X5 washed. Great service and nice touch for an upscale dealership. Definitely continue to by my BMW's here. More
