Ian kept us informed of any vehicles coming in th We recently purchased our fourth cadillac from Otto dealing with Ian Mahar for our latest purchase. Ian kept us informed of any vehicles coming in that met our criteria. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He went over the operation of the vehicle and all of the newest technology. After arriving home with the vehicle we noticed a couple of problems with it that we had not seen when we picked it up. Ian took us in the very next day and had all of the deficiencies corrected quickly. We also dealt with Sandy for the financing and she went above and beyond to get us the payment amount we were looking for. Also, we once again dealt with Bill McLean through Ian regarding the above mentioned problem and as always he was very courteous and professional.
