The service was on time and completed quickly. The service representative that we spoke to at the desk was polite by definition but left both my husband and I feeling disrespected. We went in The service representative that we spoke to at the desk was polite by definition but left both my husband and I feeling disrespected. We went in for a 15,000 mile routine check. While there, we expressed a concern over scratches on our windshield. She quickly told us to take the car to our own detailer or to file a claim with our insurance carrier. She explained that in South Carolina the law allows for 2 free windshield replacements. We asked if Toyota of Easley detailer could take care of it. She scheduled it to be buffed while we were there for the routine appointment. The end result is that there are now more scratches on the windshield. She pointed to circular scratches when we arrived. There are now circular plus new vertical scratches which weren't there originally. When we went to sit in the car she even acknowledged that the scratches were serious. It causes safety concerns when driving in bright sunlight. We feel this is a warranty issue and should be covered by Toyota of Easley. We thought we were buying a top of the line vehicle. We have a major concern with the quality of the windshield and the service provided through Toyota of Easley. Please note we only spoke with/dealt with the service representative/receptionist at the desk. More

The work was good, but the bill said that I declined having the drive belt serviced, that's not accurate. My appointment was for 1:45, as nothing earlier was available, and the service department was un having the drive belt serviced, that's not accurate. My appointment was for 1:45, as nothing earlier was available, and the service department was unable to order the belt before the end of the day, so I was obliged not to have the service done despite my preference. Since I do not live in the area, I will have to have the work done once I get home. I'd feel more comfortable had the work been done there in Easley. I am forced to rate Mr Ian Mack in the sales department, but I had no dealings with him. More
