Made a appointment 2 weeks on advance with the service manager showed on time went told me that I wasn't on the scheduled they took put into service after 3 hrs of waiting told the service department to j manager showed on time went told me that I wasn't on the scheduled they took put into service after 3 hrs of waiting told the service department to just get my keys the manufactor offers the free oil changes and they can't even do that correct this is the worst service department I have ever seen .by the way this new car didn't even have 21,000 miles on it and it already been in the shop several times prior I'm done with this service department someone needs to step up and take controll More

Out of town (3 hour drive) potential customer who attempted to make a deal for a used Genesis GV70 for my Supra. They quoted me a price for the difference between the 2 vehicles. Called the next day attempted to make a deal for a used Genesis GV70 for my Supra. They quoted me a price for the difference between the 2 vehicles. Called the next day to approve the offer. Could not get the salesman or manager on the phone or to return my calls. On day 3 of attempting to have them return my calls finally received a call from the manager informing me they could not honor the price they originally quoted me. The best price they could do was $1200 more than what they quoted me - no explanation why. They knew I am military and from out of town - be VERY careful dealing with these people. On a good note was able to purchase the same make/model vehicle new - not used as Daytona Hyundai was offering for less money from another Hyundai dealership. Caveat Emptor! More

Unfortunately we purchased a car with the best warranty pre certified with 176 point inspection. It broke down. we couldn’t get anyone at the dealership to help. the Guarantee was 365 days a year. 7 days pre certified with 176 point inspection. It broke down. we couldn’t get anyone at the dealership to help. the Guarantee was 365 days a year. 7 days a week 24 hours. That’s what was sold and that is not what I received. I do not recommend this dealership. The service has not been good after the purchase which is the last thing you want as a customer that made a purchase. More

I reached out to them over the phone and was put in contact with someone who is HANDS DOWN the best salesmen I ever worked with, he was honest, straight forward, responsive to all my requests and questions, he doesn't ever put any pressure on you to buy from him.
