One of the worst parts of leasing a new car for me is having to go through the final paperwork with the Finance Department. Steve, my Finance Manager, had all the required documentation set up ahead of having to go through the final paperwork with the Finance Department. Steve, my Finance Manager, had all the required documentation set up ahead of time and made the financial review process extremely efficient and actually enjoyable. I told him that I'd give him a 10 on a scale of 1-5. Ian, my Sales Manager, was very thorough in providing me options for getting me the best price on a new leased vehicle. I came in thinking that I might want to finally buy out my existing lease, because my 2018 was in EXCELLENT condition with only 17,000 miles. Ian gave me the options for the buy-out, but he also searched hard for rebates and incentives that made the new lease deal too attractive to pass up. Finally, my last "person of praise" is Jim the Sauce. Jim has been my go-to sales guy for several vehicles. He's really the face of the dealership for me. He always is patient and resourceful in addressing my concerns and needs. He never loses his cool, no matter what I demand. I really appreciate his continuing efforts to make he happy. Thanks! When the car arrived, Big Mike took over the process seamlessly. He was well informed about everything I had discussed with the previous salesman and was an overall pleasure to work with! Ian, a manager, was also very helpful during the process. He called to give me updates during the process and made sure everything was in order when the car finally arrived! In the financing department I dealt with Noman - he was very thorough explaining everything and was not overly pushy trying to upsell me. He helped me get my payments where I wanted them to be! More
