I came into Wilde Toyota to look at the hybrid Corolla and RAV4. I first met Charles “Chick” Clark. Chick was pleasant and personable. Before I knew it, I was talking to PJ in finance. After signing papers, Chick took over and helped me move my belongings from my old Corolla (also purchased from Wilde) into my new RAV 4. Chick also made sure I understood all of the features of my new car. He even set up my Bluetooth! My whole experience was exceptional. The dealership is clean. The washroom was pristine. My comfort about our current health situation was obviously important to everyone I encountered. Thank you Wilde Toyota for making the new car purchase seamless and easy. More

I was sure we would have to come back again another day. Rachel L saved the day by using our insurance company's website to get what was needed. Their salespeople are easy to talk with, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when selecting the right car like Tony C. Yaj. Tony was our salesperson and he made car shopping a breeze! He listened to what we wanted and ensure we got that. We also financed our car with Toyota and Phil Lo was our finance manager. He explained everything thoroughly with us and when we did have a question, we brought it to his attention and he was more than happy to answer- even explain in depth! Ian Johnson, most importantly, who is the sales manager was also great! He checked up on us often and made sure we were satisfied with the deal for our brand new vehicle and all other. Again, it’s the friendliness and its service from everyone there that keeps us going back. Even the staff who checks you in when you bring your car for a maintence check is friendly! Great people!
