As always the service department providing great services. They listed to what the problems were, diagnosed them and kept me in the loop. Meanwhile, I spoke with Eric in sales. Ian worked well to correct an appointment mix up very well. I was scheduled for a "drop off" but intended to "wait" for service. Always friendly, professional and quite competent. I do miss having someone at the "front desk" but understand hiring issues. Slow to get someone to pick up the phone, but understand and do hope it I do miss having someone at the "front desk" but understand hiring issues. Even though the lady scheduling our oil change and recall review forgot to tell the service department, they graciously went ahead with everything.
