I spoke with Hyrum on the phone first and he had the passport waiting for us to test drive, he explained all the functions to me and my husband, he was not pushy, very polite, he had a great sense of hu passport waiting for us to test drive, he explained all the functions to me and my husband, he was not pushy, very polite, he had a great sense of humor and very refreshing for a sales person. I would definitely go back for my next Honda. He is Awesome to work with!!!! More
