I had the pleasure of working with Scott House and Joe Kocak in finding a replacement for my Jeep. My Jeep had high mileage and it was just time to upgrade vs putting more money into it for repairs. I honestly wasn’t planning to buy a car that day, but Joseph made the whole process so easy and enjoyable that I ended up pulling the trigger. From the start, he was friendly, funny, and genuinely easy to talk to. His great personality and sense of humor made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel relaxed and pressure-free.
