I buy a car for my wife and at FIRST they were really helpful and got us into a car that we needed at a decent p Shady People and Money Hungry! I buy a car for my wife and at FIRST they were really helpful and got us into a car that we needed at a decent price for our incomes. Dream come true, right? Take the car home and the screen goes black. We call them up next day and it took multiple phone calls and complaints through a few days to finally take to a manager. Who do I get? A sells manager! Not even a service manager! He tells me that my wife can be at their building by 9am to get the car fixed and we will be out the door before 1:15pm. My wife gets there Friday morning and they tell her they can’t get her in till after 9am and may have to send the car to a Honda dealership. What is the point of helping us out and telling us that you want to make it right if this is how you treat your customers after they buy a car? Pathetic! More
