I went into Taylor’s to see Jay about a 3/4t pickup I had some specific details of what I was looking for and Jay immediately showed me a very nice F-250. It was a pleasure working with Jay. We did purchase said truck, which is (almost) perfect , the color will grow on us, in the meantime we are coming up with nicknames to show our love for the intense “race red”. I am of course joking. Jay was great! Lived working with him. Finance gentleman was a different story. He was arrogant, argumentative and sarcastic. I would give him 1 star. Walked out of Lived working with him. Which is too bad as this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from you. Also the final price off the vehicle was not what we were quoted through the entire process. An extra $200 was sprung on us at signing time. Unfortunately, it will probably influence my decision on where I purchase my next vehicle. Honesty and integrity still mean something to me in making that kind of deal. Josh Rowe More
