Years ago, O’Daniel did some bodywork for us after a collision. The interaction and service was so good that - years later when we needed to buy a new van - we decided to return. Car dealerships have the reputation of being quite the opposite. Turned out, everybody was busy helping others. When Brett Paul spotted us, he graciously offered his help. And he went to work for us finding a new van within the budget constraints we set. Without being the least bit pushy, he listened and accommodated our needs! He communicated regularly with us throughout the entire sales process. It was seamless and stress-free. I went to the dealership to look into upgrading my 2017 Jeep Jk. I’ve been then on several occasions with their service department. Everyone I met was always so nice and helpful. So I went there naturally to look at the JLs. Hunter helped me with picking out my new Jeep. He listened to what I was looking for and wanted. No one ever pressured me to commit to a new purchase. I had a set price I was looking for to get for my Jeep as a trade in. I never mentioned that price and I got exactly what I wanted so I knew it was a fair price. They give you the option before appraisal to remove whatever you want because Jeepers love the upgrade. I wanted to start fresh though. Hunter helped every step of the way. Follows up to make sure I am happy with my purchase. The managers, finance team, every single person I came across were amazing people. Buying my 2023 Challenger from Hunter at O'Daniel was a great experience. He's the first salesman I've met in years who actually knows the details of the car. Andrea in finance was great as well. Their straightforward and friendly approach was much appreciated after going through difficult experiences at other Dodge dealers. I ended up traveling all the way from Texas to buy from O'Daniel because they were the only ones with a fair, transparent price and no shady add-ons. Also had zero lot-rot on the car despite being in inventory for 8-9 months since they apparently had it in a warehouse, not outdoors. This is the best place to buy a 2023 Charger or Challenger now in late 2024. Just a great experience all-around. More
