This avoids the pressure you get from most dealerships. I was pleased with the ease in taking my truck for a test drive. The deal was very smooth. The only complaint I had is the day I went to pick up my truck, my sales representative ignored me and helped a lady that just walked through the door. Here I am after putting down a significant down payment, feel like this lady just takes priority. This went on to the point that another rep came over and finished the paperwork, took my picture, and handed me the keys....very frustrating. I had an overall positive experience with just one hiccup. More

The finance process was quick and easy and we weren't pressured into buying additional options, like most dealerships do. Great personality though. Rick was very helpful in explaining all the gadgets on the new truck. I will definitely recommend this dealership. I live in at Joseph Missouri three miles from a very large ford dealership. They cannot hold a candle to this place in my opinion. Never got that feeling there in St joe that the employees truly wanted to help me. They weren't horrible. Just not sincere. More
