Wonderful Experience from Beginning to End We were referred to Zec Ford by a co-worker of ours. This was also our first vehicle purchase as a married couple and we were somewhat dreading it. However, the minute we arrived to Zec Ford we experienced employees who were kind and knowledgeable and the atmostphere was exciting. I've bought two other cars in my lifetime and this was definitely the best experience I have ever had and it was actually FUN! Hunter was such a pleasure to work with as well, and we felt no pressure from him. He even talked football and hunting with us...GO CHIEFS! ;) We will definitely be coming back to Zec Ford for the next vehicile we decide to purchase! More

They really have great priced vehicles, but keep in mind that many of them come from auctions or are buybacks, when looking at these competitive prices. Also, do your homework when it comes to aftermarket warranties and insurances, you will likely get them a lot cheaper somewhere else. We ended up canceling the GAP insurance we purchased at Zeck, because our car insurance offers it at a fraction of the cost. Like any other dealership they're trying to make profit. Service was excellent, everything was taken care of in a timely manner, and they really care about customer satisfaction. Detailing of the vehicle we purchased was average. Overall a good and friendly dealership! More
