Customer service was personalized and comfortable. The product is nice however the specs are not gone over by the sale rep and the vehicle is not either. I purchased a VW Atlas and was handed the keys once the sale was complete, and the reps took off. I did not even know how to turn the head lights on to leave the dealership. I also have rippling in the tint on the windshield that was from the prv owner and was told they could not do anything about it, and I would need to contact a tinting dealership. This rippling of the tint is obstructing my view while driving. More

Was told piece to be replace was cover by warranty and I make appointment tech end up putting glue on piece instead of repairing. I wonder how many others have to pay out of pocket after they are told at time of purchase bumper to bumper cover and is not a real deal!! Last truck I will buy from this place. More

The purchase of the vehicle was very simple and pleasant. Having said that, vehicle had a problem with the hand-free mic. I spent more than 5 hours waiting to be fix and they were unable to do it. I bought a used car from Lakeland Volkswagen. I read reviews and most were satisfied. So I entrusted them and bought a car ( used). It was supposed to be certified preowned. I accept as is beca I read reviews and most were satisfied. So I entrusted them and bought a car ( used). It was supposed to be certified preowned. I accept as is because I only need this as a back up to keep miles off my new truck. I left the dealer ship and the brakes were metal against metal. Talked to the service manager and he was very nasty. Told me that the car belongs to you now. I would expect this from a buy here pay here. I had the car towed to another dealership. They said the car needed brakes. They fixed it for me because they said they wanted me safe. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. this place is like a buy here pay here. More
