Hunter was great! He was very responsive to my questions and helping me get the car I wanted. He even let me know when a car I was looking for arrived on the lot. He helped me work the deal completely before I got there so I would be there less time. He had it washed and ready for me to drive when I got there. Later he already had everything transferred to the new car before I had finished signing the papers. The dealership was nice and I was well taken care of. The only reason for the 4 star rather than 5 was I was there for over 3 hours to finish all the paperwork when the deal was pretty much done prior to arrival. I had settled the car price and trade in value prior to me arriving. All that was left was for me to drive the car, say yes and sign the papers. Overall my experience was great it just took a little too long for me. More

I have been searching for a new vehicle for several months but was apprehensive about interacting with a dealer’s salesperson. Upon viewing Acura Columbus online, I was contacted via text by Hunter Ada months but was apprehensive about interacting with a dealer’s salesperson. Upon viewing Acura Columbus online, I was contacted via text by Hunter Adams, and we began communicating. I had several inquiries regarding the available vehicles, and Hunter promptly provided answers. For instance, when I asked about the exact shade of color for a brown interior, he captured a video to address my question. Throughout the week of interactions, he provided pricing information that convinced me to make the 2-hour drive to finalize my purchase. I am highly satisfied with the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured or “handled”. Hunter was very personable, knowledgeable, and committed to assisting me in finding the exact vehicle I desired at a fair price. More
