Takes the dealership 2 weeks just to diagnose your vehicle. Then it takes another week or 2 for the warranty claim to be approved then another week for the actual repairs. Dealer refuses to provide re vehicle. Then it takes another week or 2 for the warranty claim to be approved then another week for the actual repairs. Dealer refuses to provide rental vehicle during lost time They don’t resolve all car issues at the same time. Car is constantly breaking down. Do not trust they know how to repair cars correctly. I have had to take the car back every 2 months for the same check engine light. Now they started charging the customer for disposable gloves for mechanics and credit card fee. Prioritize profits with trash service They never provide updates on the car during thr month the vehicle is there. Just a text at 4:59 pm telling you the car is ready and to pick up. More
