Hugo was amazing! He was very communicative, he was thorough and detail oriented, he delivered exactly what I was looking for, and overall it was a fast easy process! I was particular about how much I wanted to put down, and the monthly payment that would work for me and he made it work. He went above and beyond and it’s much appreciated! Slow Process I purchased a new vehicle from Galpin and I am very happy with the vehicle. Price was OK. The initial price offer was hirer than I found at another I purchased a new vehicle from Galpin and I am very happy with the vehicle. Price was OK. The initial price offer was hirer than I found at another dealer, but Galpin lowered the price to match. Galpin has a good amount of inventory to chose from. But, the purchase process was too long. Came into the dealership with an appointment, price already agreed to, and the exact car already selected, cleaned and ready. The paperwork process took 5 hours and 30 minutes. The sales people were all nice and not pushy but they did try to add a bunch of extras that I did not want to the car to raise the price back up. After the purchase they called back stating they forgot to have me sign 2 documents. I remembered signing one of them. So they went back and check and they actual had that document. For the other document they sent me a link that did not work. They kept sending me a link even though I kept telling them it did not work. Finally, the link worked, but it was a document for another customer. I then started getting calls for this customer. Then I find out this missing document is not required by the law, the finance company, or any other dealer. It is just one of many extra documents Galpin made for themselves to prevent mistakes (it is not working). More

Hugo really listens to what I’m looking for and what my budget is. He takes his time to explain what my options are and really cares what my budget is. Hugo has helped with my last three Honda’s and stayed in touch with throughout the years to make sure I’m satisfied. 2017 Honda Civic I’ve been driving a Honda for over 14 years, and when the time was up for a new car, it was a no brainer to get another…it was just a matter of which I’ve been driving a Honda for over 14 years, and when the time was up for a new car, it was a no brainer to get another…it was just a matter of which one. I had been test driving cars and couldn’t make up my mind. I decided I was going to go in one last time JUST to test drive with no intentions of buying that day. When I walked into Galpin and met Hugo Lopez, I told him just that from the beginning, which you would expect a car sales man to walk away, but not Hugo. He was not only patient with me but he was very knowledgable, and even better, he was honest. I learned more from him about the cars than anywhere else. After much back and forth on my end, we decided on a White Honda Civic. Again after telling him I had no intentions on buying that day, he still looked throughout their lots for the exact one I wanted and found it just in case and we drove it back to the main lot. He did not put any pressure on me what so ever and was very patient as we went back and forth on numbers. After 7 long hours we finally closed on the car. That’s right…7 hours he spent with just us and nobody else knowing that I may not even buy a car from him…now that right there says a lot about Hugo! More
