Purchase of Nissan Maxima 2016 I recently purchased the 2016 Nissan Maxima. I did my research and compared the Nissan to all competition and in the end, there was no comparison. The Nissan Maxima won out in Price, Functionality, Looks and Handling. With all of that information, the final decision included working with Howard Krick. Howard is the kind of person I enjoyed working with. He took the time to learn about my wants/needs and match them to the proper car. When I first met Howard he new I was not in a rush and was comparing all car manufactures. Howard was the perfect Sales person for me, being patient and allowing me to complete my comparison. In the end, it was Howard and the Maxima that won the deal. I am very happy about my purchase and will recommend Howard and Nissan to my friends and family. Since the purchase of the car, Howard has contacted me to make sure all is going well and to answer any questions. This is a testament to not only a good sales person, but a good person in general. The relationship did not end upon the sale. I know I can reach out to Howard in the future if I have any questions or issues. Thank you Howard and Nissan! More

Great Experience I highly recommend Gerald Nissan in Naperville! It was an extremely busy day on July 3rd, 2015, Howard Krick, was assigned to help us. He was so friendly and nice, not pushy at all, my wife, 15 month old child and myself were originally looking to get an Altima. While waiting to sit with Howard we saw the Rogue and decided to check it out, without being pressured to buy it and went home with one instead of an Altima. Even though the dealership was very short staffed to deal with potential buyers, Howard kept us updated as to what was going on and what we had to wait for to purchase the Rogue. Having to wait four hours to be seen by the Finance Person, Howard helped make the experience manageable, keeping us updated with what was going on and offer us water or anything else. Great experience with Howard even with the four hour wait. More

Super easy experience I just leased a new Nissan Rogue with Gerald Nissan. Howard Krick was great and fabulous to work with. My old car had died and I live in the city - I just leased a new Nissan Rogue with Gerald Nissan. Howard Krick was great and fabulous to work with. My old car had died and I live in the city - I'd visited one of the city Nissan Dealers but they didn't have as much inventory to choose from. I called Gerald and found out that they had a lot of different vehicles to look at, but I wasn't sure how I could get out there to look at them. Howard was a problem solver - he said I could easily take the Metra and he'd pick me up at the station - sent me specific instructions on what stop to get off at and was there waiting for me. Worked out perfectly and I drove my new car home! First class service all around! More

I went there with my husband just to 'look' at Nissan Armadas and had a wonderful salesman, Howard Kri I highly recommend Gerald Nissan in Naperville! I went there with my husband just to 'look' at Nissan Armadas and had a wonderful salesman, Howard Krick, help us. He was so friendly and nice, not pushy at all; I knew I wanted to buy from him. We were treated wonderful by all of the salesman, managers, and the finance guy! The next day after we bought we realized the Armada had a couple scratches on the back bumper and we called them, they told us to bring it back and they would fix it with no problem! It's really refreshing to have such a great experience at a car dealership! More

Howard Krick was worth the visit to this dealership! After a very uninterested and icy welcome from one of the other sales people, we were directed to salesman Howard Krick who was so warm and receiving After a very uninterested and icy welcome from one of the other sales people, we were directed to salesman Howard Krick who was so warm and receiving of us that we were glad we stayed. My son was buying his first car, a Nissan Juke, and had lots of questions that were professionally and kindly handled by Howard. We looked at the 2014 Rogues and Juke available and found a great car - a 2014 Juke. The other salesgal tried to persuade my son to buy a new 2015 Versa of which my son had no interest-she wasn't even listening to what his needs were of the car - being a young Marine he needed a car that could pack gear cross country. I wish there was a better pricing that was worked through for being military and also new college graduate, but this dealership did not give better pricing than listing even though car had only 2950 miles on it-that was very disappointing. Howard Krick however was patient, gave more suitable option and really listened to what we had to say. He tried to get us a better deal. His followup and courtesy was FANTASTIC! At this point not sure I would recommend this dealership due to their lack of incentives for military and new graduate-they could have done better, but I give a two thumps up and a 10+ to Howard. He is worth the visit to this Nissan. Thanks Howard - very happy with the 2014 Nissan Juke!! More
