Two days before Chris My wife and I had been searching for a vehicle for over two weeks using online listings (Edmunds, Carmax, CoPilotSearch, etc.). Two days before Christmas, we found exactly what we were looking for—a 2022 silver Honda Pilot Touring with 20-30k miles. Treasure Coast Lexus in Ft. Pierce, Florida had the perfect match. I submitted a Request for Information that evening, and Howard contacted me early the next morning—Christmas Eve. Since we weren’t local, I asked for the out-the-door price. Howard responded immediately with the straightforward information that I needed. The price was fair, and the vehicle was exactly what we wanted, so there was no need for haggling. After a few more emails, I started booking a flight, hotel, and rental car to pick up the vehicle three days later. Despite the holiday season, Howard maintained excellent communication, promptly responding to every question or concern. On the day of the purchase, we were warmly welcomed by Howard at Treasure Coast Lexus. The paperwork process was smooth and efficient, allowing us to quickly hit the road and head home in our new vehicle. This was our first time buying a car out-of-state, and it was an exceptionally positive experience.
