Service was completed. I thought inspections were free for the first 3 years. The presentation of the main show room is sketchy. Share all have their faces in their phones. I thought inspections were free for the first 3 years. The presentation of the main show room is sketchy. Share all have their faces in their phones. One sales person changed the channel on the TV without even acknowledging me and then walked away. There was a customer that came in to ask for help with something and apparently had some speech disability and the salesman said to her that he didn’t understand what she was saying and walked away. How ignorant and demoralizing that was to the customer. Horrible customer service from Matthews Hyundai. More
