Horacio Mireles was the person who took care of me when we came in, he is very professional and courteous and made up for some of the "unprofessional or lack of service" I had experienced. Based on this I will continue to be a customer at Audi San Diego. But will request that Horacio will be the person taking care of us at your facility. More
