In a pinch Was about to leave my house when I found a leak. Drove straight to dealership hoping for help!! They not only took me in straight away, but they provi Was about to leave my house when I found a leak. Drove straight to dealership hoping for help!! They not only took me in straight away, but they provided a loaner car!! Car was diagnosed and fixed within a day. Nacho was my service rep and he truly took care of all my needs. Strongly recommend Nacho and Audi Miramar Service!! More

No follow up from service writer. Had to call 3 times to get status and the phone system is terrible. When I finally got the information and came in the person in the yard was very Had to call 3 times to get status and the phone system is terrible. When I finally got the information and came in the person in the yard was very rude an short with me You can't park here, move the car!!!! He could have said it different, showing me where to park. Horacio Mireles was the person who took care of me when we came in, he is very professional and courteous and made up for some of the "unprofessional or lack of service" I had experienced. Based on this I will continue to be a customer at Audi San Diego. But will request that Horacio will be the person taking care of us at your facility. More

Excellent! My service rep (Nacho Mireles) send me a video of the actual service explaining what they did before picking up my car, it was very helpful. Service for squealing brakes Brought vehicle in on 23rd at 7 am for service. No one looked at car Neil morning of the 24th on a day you closed early. I got a call after closing time That car was ready but because shop was already closed was not allowed to pick up car until 26th. Additionally, I am not sure that problem was fixed as I heard break squealing again yesterday morning. It was the first time I head since service and if I hear again, I will be bringing back n for a fix More

Thank you George for great service! Somehow there was a mix-up and I was not on the schedule for service. We were concerned with the way our tires were wearing and our car needed an oil Somehow there was a mix-up and I was not on the schedule for service. We were concerned with the way our tires were wearing and our car needed an oil change. George was so kind and helpful. After a little wait, we were back on the road.
