I made an appointment for 3 pm and stood outside my car for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me. After the service they told me that my tire had a nail and needed replacement…took it to the tire stor for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me. After the service they told me that my tire had a nail and needed replacement…took it to the tire store where I originally bought it and they told me there was no nail in my tire. They also suggested some repairs on the car…I told them about my after market warranty and someone from the dealership texted me and told me that I have to call the warranty company myself to find out…they’ve done work on this car using that warranty 6 months ago. Sounds like they don’t want my business….im happy to take it elsewhere!!!I’ll also make sure to never go there again or recommend this dealership to anyone. More
