GMC 2025 review When it comes to my experience at Hardin Buick GMC, it was not good! #1 the financing rate that was being offered on their website at the time was 0.5% with 90 days deferred payment Hardin Buick GMC, it was not good! #1 the financing rate that was being offered on their website at the time was 0.5% with 90 days deferred payments for 3 years. When they gave me the contract the 90 day deferral was stated on it. Russell Folder (sales person) and finance person said they knew nothing about those terms (even though it’s advertised on the website). I asked them to update the contract to include this information. They both went to check and when they returned they stated there is no special financing offered. After much debate, they finally gave in and revised the contract. My Son had a similar issue regarding financing when he picked up his truck last week (he actually bought a truck a week before me and referred me to this dealership) he was given 45 day payment deferral instead of the 90 days. They told him if he deferred his payments for 90 days, his rate would go up. #2 the window sticker stated a console safe was included and it was missing from the vehicle. Russell wouldn’t accommodate the window sticker saying “even though the window sticker states it comes with a console safe, that I didn’t pay for it” and was attempting to get away without providing the safe. Finally he went and got it and said “I could install it myself”. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! #3 I spoke with a manager (with Russell present) about the situation and the extreme lack of professionalism by Russell, financing fiasco and the missing safe. At that time, Russell called my son and I liars and walked away without completing a walk through to show me the features/options of the truck. The manager then gave me the keys to my truck and left us standing there as well. Finally another salesman came out to show me briefly the features/options of the truck. The reason I bought from this dealership was because the truck has all the options I wanted. Other than that, I will NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership. It is sad that my son & I bought over $130,000 on 2 vehicles from dealership a week apart and were treated with such ignorance and disrespect, as though they did us a favor. This was suppose to be a special time for me and my son getting GMC trucks at same time and it was a 65th birthday present for me, but this experience left a sour taste. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone! More

David Sandoval did an amazing job showing us all the cars and answering any questions we had regarding any of the vehicles. He was also very patient and we left satisfied with our new vehicle .
